Frequently Asked Questions
How do I edit a suggestion after posting?
Newly submitted suggestions have a 10-minute edit window while the suggestion is still Pending.
After the window expires, or once the suggestion has votes or comments, it can no longer be edited to prevent abuse.
Where can I change my profile picture, view and download my account activity?
Go to the Settings page. You can upload/remove your profile picture,
view recent activity, and download your data as a PDF.
I have issues logging in.
Double-check your email and password, then try again. If you forgot your password, use the reset flow on the Login page.
If your account still won’t work, contact a Staff Admin to confirm that your student record exists in the system.
Is there a dedicated mobile application for ImprovED?
Not yet. You can still use ImprovED on mobile browsers with the same features available.
Why is my suggestion pending?
Pending means the suggestion is awaiting admin review. You will receive a status update
once it is evaluated.
Can I submit anonymously?
Yes. Anonymous submissions hide your name from public view, but administrators can
still access the author for moderation.
How do I change notification settings?
Go to Settings and toggle in-app or email notifications, then save your preference
checklist.
How do I report misuse or spam?
Use the Report button on the user profile or suggestion card and choose the reason.
