Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of ImprovED within St. Paul University at San Miguel.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImprovED, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, as well as the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts

The platform is intended for authorized students and administrators. Account access may be suspended if misuse or impersonation is detected.

Content Standards

Submissions must be constructive, school-related, and respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and the sharing of private personal data are prohibited.

Anonymity and Transparency

Anonymous submissions hide student names from public views. Administrators may still access identifying information for moderation and accountability.

Moderation and Enforcement

Admins may review, edit, reject, or remove content that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in account restrictions or other disciplinary action.

Report Export Retention

Report export links expire after 15 minutes. Expired export files and tokens are automatically removed by scheduled cleanup, with up to a 24-hour grace window.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant ImprovED a non-exclusive right to display and process the content for review and community transparency.
